Serpollet Uniflow?

Hi Folks
Found a picture listed as a Serpollet 6hp of 1905, but it is clearly a flat four uniflow engine. I do not remember reading anything about Serpollet uniflows but there is an outside chance it could be a 1901-03 John Simpson engine.

1899 Serpollet patent GB189823898 & US636926 show a 2 cylinder uniflow engine.
Old Motor Steam Special 1967, Serpollet article describes an 1899 horizontally opposed twin 80mm x 80mm uniflow.
