Has anyone else seen the report that the EU intends to ban cars over 20 years old? They are proposing that any car before that date has to be registered as off road permanently and will have to apply 3 months before the event they wish to attend with road driving. A maximum of 5 licenses will be granted per year.This directive is scheduled to be in force 1 April 2013.

Apparently this message originated from a West Midlands MEP Mike Nattrass Thank Heavens its a scam but it gives you nightmares knowing how the EU operates!
