Hi Old Timer,

I thought that I'd get the ball rolling with a shot of my 740 roadster.

I took this photo in the autumn of 2008 as I had already removed the engine for a complete rebuild and needed to turn the car around so that the rear end was most accessible for the next job - removal of the rear axle.

It was such a glorious autumn day, I felt that I really had to take some pictures as it would be some time before the car emerged from the garage once more.

You may be glad to hear that the engine restoration is now complete and the differential and back axle are progressing well.
