Mike Clark, Greg Walker and Barry Herbert attended the Coventry Motor Museum on the 10th May. We attended to ensure that if more than 10 members turned up, and formed a quorum, that our proxies were valid. Also, if any members did turn up that we could advise them of the facts of the EGM of the 7/5 and that the 10/5 meeting had been cancelled.
A Room had been booked and paid for by Sally Ann's Board.
The only other person to actually turn up was Sally Ann Dodd who was on a similar mission.
We all waited the statutory 30 minutes as laid down in the Company's Articles in case anyone turned up late.
At 2.35p.m. the opportunity was taken to pass over to Sally Ann a copy of the minutes of the EGM of the 7th May and the required Bank Mandate appointing Greg and Barry joint signatories of the Limited Company's bank account which needed signing by the previous signatories. Greg also asked her about collecting the company's assets. She advised that Gareth would deal with this and she was away for the next two weeks. Greg asked about receiving from her an updated register of members in whatever form she had received it in.
We all then left the premises.
