The game is really simple to play. Choose a car then click on PLAY. Use your keyboard arrow keys to navigate around the course; LEFT and RIGHT, UP to accelerate and DOWN to brake. You can also use the SPACEBAR too for extra braking - and with some of the sharp corners you may need to! There are three laps to complete. Once finished how about posting your best time?

(Hint a couple of those corners will need extra braking)

I must be doing somthing wrong as when I press the UP arrow the game pages down and goes off screen. what?

I have that problem to. What you have to do is hold the up arrow and the left/Right arrow down at the same time to start with and not let go of the up arrow for the intire game. After you have moved off you can let go of the left/right arrow and control them on the corners. George Hounslow.

The game has now moved to a new page .steamcar.net/australia-tour-game.html which doesn't have any extra scrolling on the page (which makes the page jump up and down). So now on this new page the game should work better for you.
