percolator (coffee pot), principle used to send water, to external flash tubes,By running the Tube from the boilers water base up thrue the top of the boiler to a downward sloping houusing feeding flash tubes coiled around the centeral hard tank, (use in steam boilers center)" has no one thought of this yet? I'm amazed! it would self feed boiling water from the center "pot" or boiler chamber to the flash tubes on the out side over the outer boiler flame ring, then feed the heated steam, to the superheater loop, and on to the preshure regulator and so on to the engine.

Stainless steel is not a good choice for a boiler.
The Ofeldt boiler design has way two much gas pass space along with several other round water tube designs.
