The EGM for the Limited Company (SCCofGB Ltd)was held on Monday 20th February. The ballot was a huge success with a record number of votes received. resulting in a resounding YES to the five resolutions with just one vote against all five. The result is that Barry Herbert, Mike Mutters and Mike Clark have been properly appointed Directors of the Limited Company and they have asked that we inform members of the result.
