I am trying to dissmantle the crank assembly (without breaking anything!)and have removed the two crank, throws, the 2 main bearings, the large nut adjacent to the chain cog and 1 set of ecentrics. That leaves 2 ecentrics and a sad looking cog. How is the cog actually attached to the shaft? There appears to be a "keyway" vertically between the cog and the ecentrics does this do anything?
The ecentrics being cast wont have much strength and i do not wish to be brutal only to find I am doing it wrong.
