The RH rear axle thrust washer (with dab of grey paint in the photo) on Stanley #7644 can be rotated around the axle housing - there is a set screw and lock nut on the rear axle which presumably locks the washer in place. Before readjusting thought I would ask if anyone knew how tight the set screws should be pulled up. I am assuming just enough to stop the washer rotating.
