Fuel Petrol/Diesel or 28 sec. heating oil. .

I use 50/50 Petrol Diesel in my Stanley. However I have oil heating at home can I use the 28 sec heating oil instead of the Diesel?
So 50/50 Petrol/heating oil.
Has anyone tried this?

Try using the 28 second heating oil on its own. 50/50 petrol /diesel is about the same specific gravity as the heating oil. I have used both & find the heating oil the best as it does not go off over time.

I once used 28 sec heating oil mixed with about 20% petrol to see how it would work in my Stanley 607. Did not have any problems, but only burnt about 20l of oil on the test.
