I have just become a member of your very well presented and proffessionally run Web site and wondered if there was a fellow member who could give me some advice on the construction and valve timing on the above engine that i am proposing to use in a racing Hydroplane.

I usually make IC engines and this is a different departure for me so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like inlet opens 3 degrees before top dead centre, closes 122 after TDC, max lift is about 0.1 inch. Exhaust opens at +132 degrees, closes at -13 degrees.
