Anyone got any photos of the original dust seal arrangement on a Stanley model 606 or 607? What keeps the seal from spinning on the stub axle as the wheel rotates?

Just checking before using loctite to hold the modern brass seal discs with o ring seals in place, having problems stopping one spinning.

Decided to use Loctite 641 low strength retainer on the problem one in the end. Driver’s side one held in place by inside bearing ok, Passenger side bearing not so tight a fit on the stub axle. Loctited that too. Components secured with the low strength retainer can be removed with ordinary hsnd tools according to the manufacturers info.
