Hello
Anyone know of a U.K. source for small, say 5-10 foot, amounts of 1/8” Garlock Packmaster 6 packing?
I can get a 60foot spool, but that is a bit too much!

Hi Peter,
Small amount of 1/8" packing can be obtained from a yacht chandlery.
I get mine from Force 4 Chandlery. But its not stocked they order it in.
It is made by HOLT MARINE code J019.
It is used for packing Prop shafts on boats.

Hi Peter, I got some very soft 1/8 square graphited packing from a model engineering supply company who sell it by the foot, Polly Model Engineering.
