John de Motts Steam Race boat

The colour back page of Fast Facts the magazine of the Speed Record club has a picture of John de Motts steam boat "Passing Wind" which appears to be a cab forward hydro plane, not sure on this as the picture is mainly power plant. The picture shows a big monotube boiler, a 3 cylinder high pressure feed pump and a horizonatly opposed flat twin steam engine. The boat and power plant are very proffesionally done and according to the Coniston records week web site in 2006 the boat made several passes with a top speed of 22mph. I assume developement is continuing as it looks like it should run much much faster than that.
Does anyone have a link or more details as I'd like to know more about the boat and also possibly contact John and hopefully get a look next time I'm in England.
Cheers
Mark Stacey
