"Hello. My father handed down a violin that he played as a boy. It is in very
rough shape but repairable. It is a STANLEY. I am sure you know that it is the
same family from where we got the STANLEY STEAMER. Is there any way to
determine its potential value? Is it possibly worth more to someone as is and
let them refurbish it? Or refurbish it, prior to seeking interested
individuals?" Can anyone direct me to an answer?
