I had a brief phone conversation with administrator today.
Basically, if there is a kit at Modelworks with your name on it, then you will get it. Otherwise not. Whether this would apply to individual components, not made up in a kit, I couldn't say, but the implication is not..

It is possible that stock will go up for sale, in which case the administrator would inform interested parties.

The worse case scenario would be that the whole lot goes for scrap. In which case, follow that scrap merchant quickly!

I also imagine that someone could buy the business and decide to junk both the likamobile and it's intellectual property.

Obviously I hope that Steve and Dean are successful in their venture and their intention to carry on at least with the road vehicles is good news. However anybody could buy the business and can do with it as they see fit.

Sorry if that sounds very negative and alarmist but forewarned is forearmed
