Trevithick Steam Car Tour April 2008 DVD (SOLD OUT)
Wild Coasts and Beautiful Gardens from Lands End to Lizard Point. (including Trevithick Day).
Covering the wild and gentle sides of Cornish landscapes at the South West tip of England, this tour visited
a cliff edge engine house, Lands End, the Lizard, beautiful gardens and as a centre piece, the Trevithick Day
celebrations at Camborne. Around 10 cars took part in the tour but in Camborne (the birthplace of steam cars)
they joined dozens of traction engines and other steam exhibits to celebrate with music and dancing the giant
of engineers, Richard Trevithick. The cars are not without their problems (burner not lighting, fire to put
out and catastrophic breakdown) but cream teas, pasties and icecreams do much to lift morale.
Cars parked at one of the many stops organised during the tour.
The DVD's come in a printed cover, but the DVD is plain, it does not have a picture on the disc.
The film is available as a DVD and runs for approx 60 minutes
