General Layout of the boiler.
The small black pegs shown on the left are the fitting's for mercury filled steel tubes, the heated pressure acts on a water valve allowing water from the feed pump into the boiler.

Steam Holding Chamber.
Each flash tube has a spring loaded one way check ball so that if a tube is too cool or under working pressure it is sealed from the rest of the boiler until pressure and temperature rises.

Boiler Coil Pattern.
The boiler coil pattern is shown here, each coil is supported by a set of carbon grahite rods that have had a porcelain coating fired on them, these rods bolt through the boiler case.

Burner.
Shown here is the burner layout, the small center tube is the pilot, and the two black crosses mark the fuel pressure control valves set in the fuel rail.
